Potential customers viewing your advert will be encouraged to send an SMS to an advert-specific shortcode number by asking them to do one or more of the following:

- Respond to a promotion or offer
- Enter a competition
- Request to sample the product
- Register interest for your product or service
- Request more information to be sent to the mobile phone
- Request a call-back
- Make a SMS donation to a charity
- Register a vote or take part in a poll/survey

The data generated from your various campaigns will be presented on your personal secure profile in real-time, 24/7.

MEASURE BRAND INTERACTION

- We can tell you the lifecycle of your advertisement based on the first and last SMS received.

DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILING

We contact 25% of the people who sent in an SMS and access demographic data such as:

- Age
- Gender

- Income Bracket
- Marital Status
- Level of Education

It also forms part of the respondent pool used during the qualitative analysis. .

QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS
